Cleaniness is good. But service and communication is horrible. My dad was hospitalised for an injury to his spine. Of the three days my dad was in there, the doctor did not attempt to even contact the... more family on his condition. Supposedly arrange for a meet up with the doctor on the third day morning, yet, the doctor was late for a good 2 hours. Communication by the nurses were also poor. Inform to collect the medication at the medical centre. but it was actually at another clinic.
It is not a hospital!! made to pay $70,000 for a simple hand fracture!! Without any notice, the doctor conducted all kind of test and ICU stuff and they relented only when we told them - don't have insurance... more - then promptly discharged. Disgraceful attitude of doctors - admin staff was very helpful though.
