Insane waiting time! I will never go here for emergencies
We went in at 12:00 midnight and by the time the doctor told us it's fever and give paracetamol to our lil one it was 4 AM

I don't think someone need to wait 4 hours to get a paracetamol prescription.
Our baby was crying constantly for those 4 hours.
The O2 machine was switched off, and the doc was trying to start it and our child was crying and crying and the doctor asked us to hold her arms and legs and we did and after 1 minute of horror for the kid the O2 machine was asking the doc to set time and she was looking at that screen. Finally never took the O2 readings. If it's not critical..not sure why they need to put the child through that trauma? Many useless red tape process.
Indeed a hospital with superb facilities, huge infrastructure, good doctors, super care except for one part is that I was not asked what package I would like to avail for my Son's admission. I was also... more not asked whether I am on corporate insurance coverage. I had to follow up and chase to understand what needs to be done if availing cashless insurance option. They had assumed that I would pay at discharge and may claim later from Insurance. This is absurd. I had to rush at the last minute to get Insurance authorisation letter. They need to have a better communication channel and agreement system.
I had a D&C procedure on the 21st June, from admission to after the surgery, all the medical staff that I came into contact with were very nice, concern and helpful. I have high blood pressure and throughout... more the wait, my levels were in the normal range considering the fact that I have white coat syndrome, all thanks to the attending nurses who were always with smiles and kind words. Really appreciate and grateful for the care that day, thanks.
