Extremely slow service for the level of hospital. Visited the hospital once per month last year. Book the exact time, let’s say 10 oclock and then need to wait until 11 30. Waiting time is usually more... more than 1 hour, sometimes even 2 hours waiting time. The hospital use exact time booking system for doctor visit - what is the point of the system - if you need to wait 2 hours in hospital. If time is worth for you, think twice before visiting the hospital.
I discovered that this place may have a shiny exterior but very low standards of hygiene...please Google to understand what is "MRSA" and "Hospital Pneumonia"...it is very common in hospitals that have... more very poor protocols to prevent patient infections. My relative was admitted here and suffered from both - yet in government hospital it never happened to him.
The attitude of the doctors is "pass the buck" - this place is all about greed and making money, nothing more. They will chase you for money even if you are going through life and death trauma. Completely insensitive.
I never got any sense from the doctors that they are concerned about patients. I would never, ever use this place again. You will be overcharged and just be grateful if you leave the place alive once these vultures have made their money.
Avoid this clinic in anyway you can, especially Dr Mohd Asri and his team at the orthopedic department unless you want a bad treatment and want to throw away a lot of money.
They also can‘t speak... more english though they pretent they can.
