Very very worst in terms of appointment time. Waiting period is too high. For a small eye test they took around 6 hours which is really horrible. That too doctor just saw the patient for 5 minutes and... more said you are OK. Keep it up !!!!!! . When your appointment is 10 AM.better go at 1 pm that's the time you get real time checking.
One of the best eye hospitals in India and the top in Chennai. Visited for my mother's cataract surgery. Felt very comfortable with the treatment and the process. Has very experienced and qualified professionals... more and doctors here. Very good infrastructure and has all the required laboratory and imaging services in-house itself. The process may sometimes get slow and you may have to wait for 2-3 hours depending on the doctor and the treatment you came for. Everything is digital so there is more consistency in the patient data being reviewed. Their appointment system is also robust.
Dr. S. Ambika is a good doctor. I have been coming to her regularly since January 2018 ,every 2-3months for my eye check up with her. She analyses you properly and recommend prescription accordingly.... more
Her assistant Shrikant is also very organised and efficient.
