Okay so it's a government hospital and like all government hospital you've to face the crowd and erractic staff. Doctors are good in general but the process of seeing them is similar to visiting a reknowed "temple" in India. Management is good but they would give you standard answer example 1 "when will my turn come?" There answer: we'll call you. Example 2 "the patient is feeling hungry how much more he should wait?" There answer: we'll call you. I also feel that there's a lack of proper coordination between different departments. Bottom line: if you're short on time don't come here. Cleanliness unlike other government hospital is good.
