Two weeks ago I called to make an... more appointment with Dr. Voit for this coming Monday, today I called to confirm the appointment and they never recorded the appointment we made. I just flew to Paris from Cannes for this Doctors appointment, which I'm not sure is even going to happen now. I have called 15 times to the genetics department to try to solve this issue, but each time I do, they just keep passing the call to another switchboard and eventually the call drops. Now I am on my way to the hospital to hopefully fix this appointment issue, but its been a disaster so far.
